Are you responsible for any damage to my vehicle?
While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional detailing, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as paint chips, scratches, or mechanical issues that may become more noticeable after cleaning. Customers should inform us of any concerns before the service begins.
How Long Does a Full Detail Take?
The time required depends on your vehicle’s condition and the services selected. On average, a basic interior and exterior detail takes 1.5 - 2 hours.
Do You Offer Mobile Detailing?
Yes! We offer mobile detailing services and can come to your home, office, or designated location (we just need a water source and outlet). A flat travel fee may apply for areas outside our standard service range.
Do You Need Access to Water and Electricity?
yes, we need access to both. However, we use our own hoses and plugs.
What Happens If It Rains After My Detail?
If rain is in the forecast, we recommend rescheduling your appointment. If it unexpectedly rains within 24 hours of service, we offer a free touch-up on exterior surfaces.
